Yes. Guardian MedX operates under an in-house Emergency Physician Medical Director — the same model used by municipal 911 systems. Clinical protocols are owned and maintained by a licensed emergency physician. Utah raised the bar in May 2025; we already meet the full standard, and the audit trail is handled so you don’t have to manage it.
Our Guardian Angel drone does aerial LZ identification before the first rider leaves the start gate. Flight Paramedic (FP-C) on staff handles medevac coordination directly with UH-60 and helicopter EMS. We never wait for improvised decisions under pressure.
