Origin
Why Guardian MedX Exists.
A high-risk mountain bike race in Moab. A massive festival in Salt Lake City. A remote film production in the Uintas. Event organizers carry immense liability and most medical vendors hand them a warm body and a trauma bag. That gap, between a first-aid tent and a full emergency response, is why Guardian MedX was built.
We are the infrastructure that runs underneath the event, physician-directed, fleet-equipped, OSHA-credentialed, and documented to the standard insurance underwriters and county health departments already read. When something goes wrong on your event, you don’t need a vendor. You need a team that was already there, already prepared, and already deployed before the first attendee arrived.
Our Standards
What We Hold Ourselves To.
- Physician-Directed Protocols
Every clinical action under Utah Code 53-2d-210-compliant, Medical Director-authored protocols. Not outsourced. Not signature-only.
- ALS-First Staffing Philosophy
When risk profile warrants ALS, we deploy ALS. We don’t downgrade coverage to win on price.
- OSHA 30 On Every High-Risk Deployment
The credential IATSE, corporate procurement, and insurance underwriters specifically look for.
- The Arsenal, Matched To The Risk
UTV, Dirt Bike, ATV, Drone, Mobile Clinic, Telemedicine — deployed per the Pre-Event Plan, not per a pricing tier.
- Named Artifacts On Every Event
Pre-Event Plan, EAP, ePCR, After Action Report. Documents your team can forward and your insurer will sign off on.
- Full Insurance Stack On Every Engagement
Professional liability, individual liability, malpractice, general liability, and workers’ comp — verified before contract signature. COI delivered same business day, additional insureds added on request.
