— Free Tool · Vendor Evaluation

Utah Code 53-2d-210 Compliance Checklist.

Send this to any medical vendor under consideration before you book. Five sections, twenty-one Yes/No items covering physician oversight, personnel credentials, documentation, insurance, and operations. A vendor who declines, deflects, or returns it with a single No is not Utah Code 53-2d-210 compliant — regardless of price. This one’s free because the more it circulates, the better the entire industry gets at vetting.

Vendor Compliance Checklist

Working evaluation tool you send to every vendor. Vendor signs and returns on letterhead. A vendor that won't sign every line is not the right vendor — regardless of what they quote. Use this internally with your procurement team or share it with your insurer.

WHY THIS ONE IS FREE

An Industry-Wide Standard.

Utah's May 2025 standard places real legal and financial exposure on event organizers who book non-compliant medical vendors. We benefit when more procurement officers and insurers ask the same baseline questions of every vendor — including us. Distribute this freely.

— The Best Way To See What We Build

Schedule A 30-Minute Walkthrough. Receive A Custom Pre-Event Plan Preview.

The samples in the library are real, but they’re for someone else’s event. The most useful thing we can show you is what a Guardian MedX Pre-Event Plan would look like for your venue. Schedule a 30-minute call, walk us through your event, and we’ll send a custom PEP preview within three business days — built around your venue, your sanctioning body, and your risk profile.

— THE WALKTHROUGH PROCESS

What You Get.

This is how every serious Guardian MedX engagement starts. The walkthrough is free, no obligation, and has no upsell mechanic. It exists because the documents you'd actually use are venue-specific, and a generic sample tells you a lot less than a partial draft built for your event.

30-Minute Call Discovery conversation about your event, venue, sanctioning body, and risk factors. No quote, no pitch — we listen and ask the right questions.
Custom PEP Preview Within three business days we send a partial Pre-Event Plan built around your specific event. You see exactly what a Guardian MedX deliverable looks like for your venue.
Recommended Tier The preview includes our recommended coverage tier with the reasoning. You decide whether to proceed; either way, the preview is yours to keep and reference.

— How To Use This Page

Three Ways To Use
What's Here.

/ FOR ORGANIZERS

Plan Your Own Event

Use the Risk Calculator to scope. Use the Compliance Checklist to vet vendors. Request the EAP Template preview if you want to pre-document your requirements before any vendor is engaged. Schedule the walkthrough when you're ready to see what real coverage looks like for your venue.

/ FOR PROCUREMENT

Vet A Medical Vendor

Download the Compliance Checklist and send it to every vendor under consideration. Require it back signed on letterhead before booking. A vendor who declines, deflects, or returns it with a single No is not Utah Code 53-2d-210 compliant — regardless of price. The checklist saves comparison-shopping time.

/ FOR US

Request Coverage

Use the Risk Calculator. It captures your event profile and sends it to our inbox alongside your contact request. By the time we're on the phone, we already know the venue type and recommended tier — the discovery call goes straight to scope, not intake.

Questions About These Documents.

Why are the samples gated when the checklist is free?
The Compliance Checklist works as a public good — every time it circulates, the entire event medical industry gets better at vetting. The Pre-Event Plan, After Action Report, EAP template, and Medical Direction Letter represent intellectual property we use commercially. So we gate those, and we send them to verified buyers within one business day.
Are the sample documents real engagements?
No. The samples are anonymized constructions built to mirror the format of real Guardian MedX deliverables. The two-day hunter/jumper show in the Pre-Event Plan and After Action Report is a composite of representative engagements; specific identifying details have been removed or replaced. Real engagement documents are venue-specific, physician-reviewed, and never published.
What's the difference between requesting a sample and scheduling a walkthrough?
A sample request gives you a generic anonymized document — useful for understanding our format and scope. A walkthrough gives you a custom Pre-Event Plan preview built around your event — useful for understanding what we'd actually deliver for your venue. Most serious buyers prefer the walkthrough.
What's Utah Code 53-2d-210?
Utah's standard for non-911 event EMS, raised in May 2025. It places direct legal and financial exposure on event organizers who engage non-compliant medical vendors. The free Compliance Checklist on this page maps directly to its requirements.
Why isn't pricing on this page?
Pricing without scope is misleading. A one-day indoor sport and a multi-day backcountry race aren't the same engagement and shouldn't carry the same number. The Risk Calculator gets you to a recommended tier in 60 seconds; the discovery call or walkthrough gets you to a number that holds up.
How long until I receive a sample after requesting it?
Within one business day. Each request is reviewed by our team — we send to verified buyers and filter competitor email domains. The walkthrough request is faster: we typically schedule within 24 hours, and the custom PEP preview lands within three business days of the call.

The Best Sample Is The One Built For Your Venue.
